Strength Training - Preparation instructions, repp counts, rest periods, multiples sets all fit into MynaTime’s world along with dumbbells, weight machines, and the gym. See how in this example session for building strength.

Your Mac Does Yoga - Breath counts, pose names, pictures, meditative music, and relaxing end chimes combine for a yoga workout you can make perfect for your sacred time. Or use yoga as an ideal stretch routine after other forms of exercise, integrated right into your MynaTime Session.

Physical Therapy - Your therapist adjusts your exercises regularly as you recover. With MynaTime you can adjust to the changes easily, always having the precise details spoken to you as you concentrate on getting the most from your home sessions. Whether you want to go to rehab or not, MynaTime can help you stay on track with your physical therapy workouts.

Cycling Intervals - You have enough to do watching the road and riding the bike. Let MynaTime track time for you, tell you when to change cadence, what target heart rate to shoot for, and when to back off. A MynaTime session on your iPod is almost like having a coach in a car, but it plays music instead of yelling at you.
